About the Experience
This visit to Corvo Island includes a boat trip with a stop at the caves of Flores Island and allows for a visit to the interior of the Caldeirão if you wish. If you do not want to visit the Caldeirão, there are other points of interest that you should also see
Itinerary:
- Visit to the interior of Caldeirão: walk inside the Caldeirão and next visit the village by stopping in Bote's House, Windmills, the Church, and a Museum.
- Without visiting the interior of Caldeirão: Interpretation Center, Holly Spirit House, the Church, the Museum (Filipe), Arts & Crafts (Mrs. Mudo), Windmills, and Bote's House.
Minimum equipment required
Footwear suitable for hiking (boots), comfortable clothing, light jacket, extra t-shirt or sweater, bathing suit, towel, backpack, sunscreen, and hat.
Includes:
- All entrances;
- Semi-rigid Boat tickets with passage through the grottos of the island of Flores;
- Insurance;
- Lunch;
- Pick-up and drop-off at any point on the island;
- English-speaking guide;
- 2/3 hours in Corvo Island.
* Please note that this activity is not recommended for people who suffer from back or hip problems. This is a smaller semi-rigid (rubber) boat, in which the water impact is more noticeable.
